Do you have a SLCD or LCD?

oh. apparently I have a bad screen.. The colors do wash out a bit when viewing at an angle.

from what i understand its suppose to be a super lcd screen, no?
my screen seems ok, even when im looking @ it @ an angle -

Mine one when viewed at 45 degree on the 1-2 O'clock position of the phone showed very washed out color, especially with a black background.

All Inspire 4G screens should be SLCD, following from the Desire HD. Remember that these screens, including Apple's Retina, and Samsung's Super AMOLED are all mass-produced. There are bound to be screens that vary from one to another, even though it's all the same specs. My viewing angle is the same as the others, a lot worse then the Super AMOLED on the Captivate (that I came from). That, I do miss so much. But the screen wasn't enough for me to stick with Samsung. The SLCD screen on this phone does the job, and does it well, IMHO.
