Help Does the battery have memory?

Sometimes before I go to bed for the night I have about 50% of battery left. On other days when I use the phone heavily I am just about drained. Does it matter if the phone charges all night even if I put it in with 50% battery remaining? Or do I need to drain the battery all the way down before charging? Thanks

No your fine. It was ni-cad batteries that needed to be drained, your battery will be quite happy with partial charges for a long time.

Nope, you're fine. However, once in a while (doesn't have to be that often) you want to cycle it just to recalibrate the battery meter just to make sure it is as accurate as possible.

Check out HP's suggestions for battery calibration (Li-Ion). They actually suggest you let the battery die.
