Help Does your EVO 4G vibrate when you get a gtalk IM?

My EVO does not vibrate when i get GTALK ims

I have the gtalk settings to vibrate as well as the general settings to vibrate


tested on Froyo Nexus and set it to vibrate and it works fine


any ideas?

I have restarted phone and turned the options on and off still no go

UPDATE:

I downloaded "Audiomanager" app (the free one) from market and followed the instructions in the following link

Solution: Download app: AudioManager Widget
Open the app and click on the "vibrate" check box next to Alert Volume.
And viola!
