Help Downloaded the Sense 5 Update, but it didn't install?

Okay, I am in the UK and use Orange. My phone notified me of an update and prompted me to download it in which I did. When it finished it asked me if I wanted to install it now or later but I decided to do it now. It rebooted and went to some sort of installation screen with a loading bar however within just a few seconds it was back to the phone "set up" and after I finished that, nothing had changed? I checked the software information and it was still 4.1.1?

I am currently downloading it again but if it doesn't work this time then I have no idea what to do because I am not going to keep downloading a 450MB+ file.

I was rooted a while ago but I unrooted and returned to stock.

I am trying to install it now, will update if it works.
