droid battery drain after bb v.3

so i installed bb v.3 on the droid the other day with the drop theme, and my phones battery is running down like crazy.. i unplugged it and 10 min later 50% battery, 3 house later 60%... i think it might be because its not going to sleep, or is it because its overclocked and im not using setcpu like i did with the old BB 1.X roms on 2.1...
