Help Droid keeps popping up "Uploading Surveys"

My Android phone (original motorola droid) keeps popping up "Uploading Surveys" in a dialog box. I don't know why it's there, or what app is causing it, but I can't imagine it's good.

Anyone have a similar issue? I notice it the most while playing angry birds (which is also when I'm looking at my phone the longest) and I'm not positive if it's popped up at all during other times.

Anyone have an idea? Might it be malicious software doing this?

DO you have Lookout Mobile Security? Lookout may find the culprit for you. No, it can't be good, since I assume you're not taking the surveys and have no idea what it's uploading or to whom.
