Help DROID STUCK IN BOOT LOOP! Please help!

Hello, my droid razor max hd has been going in a boot loop for a long time. It turns on, and freezes at the droid symbol. Then it restarts the process. I have not rooted my phone or anything like that, but it does say my phone is locked. One time, my phone did come on, and I factory reset it. Still did the same thing.

I had that and took it in to fido... they ended up reformatting my phone and its been good since....
