droid vs devour

Hi I am Patsy Rowl

I lost my droid and the insurance sent me a devour. I loved the phone but it had some some problems with cutting off in the middle of a phone call. It really makes me angry. I have just gotten my third phone and it does the same thing. The only thing that the insurance company does is send you another one of the same. I will not get that Asurion insurance any more. I am going to try Best Buys insurance.

Welcome to Android Forums. I'm surprised that they sent you an inferior model. Can't you have asked you for the Incredible or Droid 2? They are more in line with the phone you had.
