Help Droid X continues to upload photos to flickr

I recently tried to upload my photo gallery to my flickr account. The phone has tried unsuccessfully to do so for two days not. An icon showing the attempt continually shows. I have tried an extended battery pull as well as removing my flickr account and app. What can I do at this point

I'm not sure if this works for uploads, but it does the trick when a download is hung sometimes.

Go into Settings | Apps | All and clear data and cache on Download Manager and Downloads.
