I do have the belt clip also, but belt clip is worn and the clip is bent on it, still works but must open clip phone holder manually, but it does work, but you do get that also.

I have not activated the phone since putting a clean copy of 2.3.3 on it and it should be that the phone is not activated yet on any network, it will go away once you activate it and register it with a Gmail account.
Yes it is a clean ESN# (I will pm you in a minute or two).

I bypassed the activation screen by doing this

I purchased a different new phone on last Saturday and verizon swapped my contacts, Monday I wiped the droid x, put a clean copy of the latest 2.3.3 on and had to bypass the activation to make sure I had it rooted still and my info was wiped.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the phone.

NOTE: it has a mini usb and the phone has a micro usb, one will need to use the adapter that I am supplying with the car charger.
