Help Droid2 phone has no 3G signal

Hi,
I have been using this Droid2 for over 19months now.
For the last month, I have lost the 3G data signal on this phone.
I have tried the "battery pull" and reboots to no avail.
I also tried dialing *228 and option 1 and for option 2, but that didn't work either.
I also went to a verizon store and had them look at it, and they were unable to get the 3G signal to work. They tried all the menu options.

Please help.
