I have had my Evo for almost 3 weeks. I had terrible reception to begin with before the update. I had perfect reception with my Hero before and Other 5 phones in my house never loose service. Today I have had at least 6 dropped calls. I called Sprint, did a hard reset, it didn't help. Could I have a setting wrong somewhere? They checked the cell towers, everything is fine of course! They said next they would send a replacement. How can they if it is sold out. Anyway, I am not sure what to do.
