Help dual clock won't stop popping up

I keep getting a pop-up to select a city for the dual clock on my Samsung Galaxy S3. It pops up all the time ... while texting, on the internet, playing a game, checking my email, etc. How do I get it to stop? Please help! It's driving me mad!

If you dont use, or have no use for, dual clock then you can always go to the apps manager and disable it.
Other than that I would say check the settings, must be something in there thats selected that you dont need

Might it be the page buddy feature? That will pop up dual clocks when you roam.
Settings - display - page buddy
Turn it off.
