When 2.1 comes out for Droid, and being that both N! and Droid are Google experience devices with no UI overlay, does that mean that both devices will be essentially the same as far as software experience? Will the Droid be able to show and do all the cool things the N1 did at the conference, or will there still be differences? Thanks from someone who is still learning.

Software wise they should be exactly the same as long as there's no hardware limitation on the Droid, which I believe there shouldn't be.

You'll get everything that the N1 has. More home screens. New gallery. Smoother transitions. Google Earth. Only difference is that the Droid will be SLIGHTLY slower. But you probably wont know the difference.

Good. I was excited about the N1 but don't like the loss of keyboard and the retail structure. Looks like there will be a Droid in my near future.

    Droid is actually a true 16:9 display. 16/9=1.78 854/480=1.78

Droid also has a Gorilla Glass screen. When 2.1 gets here, I'll be good for awhile.

Yes it is. Especially sitting in the media dock. A thing of beauty.
