Ok, so when I went to change the picture settings of some of my widescreen DVDs, the max I could set it to is 720. How do I get it to take a bigger advantage of the Droid's screen, don't I need to set it to 848 or something?

    Am I doing something wrong?

No. You're good. Let the player scale it up.

Not unless the source file is HD. It's not good practice to upscale during the conversion. no image quality is gained and it makes the file size bigger. let the player scale it on the fly.
