The only way for me to buy the incredible is at full retail. If I were to get it on ebay, and it was new in box, bought from Verizon, and I were to have an issue with it, could I bring it to a Verizon store and use the warranty?

No, I don't believe you can. You can, however, get SquareTrade since you're buying it via eBay. I have a 20% coupon for SquareTrade if you're interested in it.

I've never even heard of that before, but it sounds pretty cool. Have you used it before? and how fast/reliable is it?

I've bought it before (and I did for my Droid Incredible), but I've never had to use it. I've heard good things about them and the deductible is only $50 (and the sum of the insurance payment is lower than Asurion when using a coupon), however they do not cover lost/stolen (which Asurion does cover).
