edit phones google account?

Is there a way to get my other gmail account on here without resetting the phone? Just updated to 2.1 and it wiped my contacts. Ontop of that I forgot my original account name and think my contacts are all on it. Once I remember my username how can i get it back?

You can add a second google account to your phone under settings-accounts and sync-add account. However, I'm not sure if it will pull in contacts from the second account, and I know for sure that you can't remove any google account from your phone unless you do a factory reset.

I have it linked to 2 google account. My personal one that I setup with the phone initially and a second work google account (we use a 'corportate' version of it i.e. less features, but the basics, mail, calendar, contacts, and indirect use of documents)
Works great because I can have both personal and work stuff on it but not combined.
