When I download a high resolution image, for an example a 1920x1080 resolution image, I go then go to the Gallery application that came with Android (I'm at version 4.4.2) to see the picture. The picture is still the same resolution when I view its details its just when I edit it the picture then downsizes to 960x540. I don't understand why this is happening. My device is also the Samsung Core LTE.
