Not yet. That was my last resort, as this is our company's CEO's phone.

This thread in Google Groups may or may not help. I know I had issues with Exchange 2007 and 2010 on my phone before and it was a headache. Do you know if it's Exchange 2007, 2010, or even 2003 that your company uses?

Also, check with your IT group (unless you are the IT person?)

We use Exchange 2010. I will take a look at the thread. I am an IT person for our company. Do you have a link to the thread? Thank you.

Whoops, I was in the middle of work and thought I posted it. Here it is:

Good luck.

I will tell you I think the 2010 version has had a lot of issues with Touchdown. But, I'm not an IT person so I cannot be sure that is the problem.

K9 is fantastic. I've been using it for as long as I've used Android

Looks like K9 does not support Exchange at this time. I have been trying to set it up for quite some time, with errors until I did some research.

I think it's because of the 2010 version you are using which has been a royal PITA. K9's forum is very in depth so you may be able to get some more specific help there.

I found this online:

It might be dated, so you'll have to dig deeper. I found some alternatives to K9 recently, so let me know how it goes. I don't know how or if they work with Exchange so I'm not sure about them in that regard.
