Emails not syncingSupport

    Beginning yesterday I have received random notifications that various of my non-gmail (Comcast) email accounts failed to sync. If I do a manual sync, all is fine. I also noticed that even though I have the frequency of my syncs set to 15 minutes, the S4 does not sync that frequently.

    Anyone else experience this latest hiccup or have a suggestion?

    And that's not (completely) a joke. My non-gmail (AOL) accounts were not syncing recently (using the K-9 Mail app, but still). Powering down and back up seemed to resolve it.

    I started getting notifications "Sign-In Failed" for my two Comcast email accounts two days ago on my S4. About five-six per day. The rest of the time it works. Something is going on with Comcast email servers.

    Thanks....I will check with Comcast then...... btw turning on/off had no impact.

    Same here as to the problem (although not as frequent), and I doubt calling Comcast will do anything other than waste your time. They're undoubtedly aware of the problem by now.

    Absolute truth.

    It is working fine today so far. Didn't get "Sign-In Failed" notification yet.

    I guess I spoke too soon. Just got first "Sign-In Failed" notification. WTF Comcast?

    What is interesting that my wife says that she doesn't get those on her Sprint HTC One phone. Maybe this is Verizon issue, and not only Comcast?
