size should be 900x800

I have a Samsung Moment but I am upgrading to either an Evo 4G or epic 4G and the screen size is 320x480 but the optimal scrolling wallpaper size is 640x480. What i'm saying is 900x800 wouldn't look right it should be 960x800 if someone wants a good scrolling wallpapers.
