Error message, unable to purchase

    I keep getting an error message when I try to purchase a SIM. I've tried 3 different cards, one of which was registered to someone else at a different address, and I've checked to make sure the address on my billing statement matches what I entered in the form (which is what the tech person says is usually the issue). Nothing wrong with my credit card, as I've called the 3 companies and they all say from their end they approved the charge.

    GoMobile won't take orders over the phone.

    Anyone out there having the same problem?

    Go Smart officially officially went live yesterday. I'd try it again now if you are still interested and haven't been able to get a SIM yet. Additionally, you might be able to find a retail store in your area that carries Go Mobile that sells the SIM; using the store locator on their website.
