Evo 4g stuck at fastboot screen, help!!!

so im a newb at rooting and my dumb self individualy formatted everything such as /boot /cache /data /sdcard /system /wimax... i got stuck and tried everything i could to get my evo working back the way i wanted it to, like booting up normal and going to the lock screen.. idk what i deleted that stoped me from being able to do that but now alll i can do is turn on the freaking phone and it goes straight to the bootloader crap.. i need help anyone pleaseee, give me the right RUU (or whatever i need) .img's and .zips! thank you for anyone that helps me out!

ohh and i downloaded and used other PC36IMG.zip's but they didnt get me back up and working, i need someone to help me retrieve all the files that come on the evo 4g when you first buy it stock, ya know?
