Exchange Active Sync - Display mail from all folders in 1 list?

We have just started testing a Samsung Galaxy S3 for business to see if it's a viable alternative to a Blackberry...

The first problem we've come across is with the mail client when synchronised with Exchange ActiveSync.

With the BB/BES we get a single list of all emails, regardless of what folder they are in and you get an alert for all emails...

With the Galaxy, if an email has a rule to move it to a different folder, no alert happens and you have to specifically go into the folder to read that email (so chances are you wont even know an email has arrived) - this is a problem for us, and potentially a reason why it would be unusable as a business phone, where one of the primary functions is email.

Has anyone found a way around this problem? are there any other Mail Clients available that dont have this problem?

Thanks

I faced the same exact problem and couldn't find a solution, so i switched to HTC ONE X and with the X you can choose which folders get to be displayed in your inbox and you get alerts just like any other email, almost exactly like the blackberry... but better.... you might want to consider switching to HTC One X or S.
