We have just started testing a Samsung Galaxy S3 for business to see if it's a viable alternative to a Blackberry...
The first problem we've come across is with the mail client when synchronised with Exchange ActiveSync.
With the BB/BES we get a single list of all emails, regardless of what folder they are in and you get an alert for all emails...
With the Galaxy, if an email has a rule to move it to a different folder, no alert happens and you have to specifically go into the folder to read that email (so chances are you wont even know an email has arrived) - this is a problem for us, and potentially a reason why it would be unusable as a business phone, where one of the primary functions is email.
Has anyone found a way around this problem? are there any other Mail Clients available that dont have this problem?
Thanks
