Support Exchange Server emails not going through "sometimes"

    Any thoughts as to why an email sent on the Droid Incredible though an exchange server would not get received by the person it's sent to? I sent some emails this morning and for some reason the 2 people said they never got it. What can I check or verify so this doesn't happen again? Thanks again everyone, I appreciate the input!!

    Did you log into your exchange account and see if they were in the sent items folder?

    im not sure if this setting only applys to mail you recieve, but i know that both the exchange server and your phone have "Mail size Limit" settings. my phone was originally set to a default of 10KB i believe. i changed it to be "entire mail" so i would get everything (since everything i recive to that email is important).

    do you get the ndr after you send it? does it happen to all domains? try sending to a reputable domain and see if that works... it could simply be an exchange issue and not your phone
