New here and signed up to try to get help. I activated an exchange account on my phone to enable me to keep up-to-date with my schedule and tasks at work. My company's policy required I set up the password lock, which I did reluctantly. I don't like having to use the password just to check a message or use other features of the phone.
Recently I decided not to continue with the exchange and removed the account from the phone, however I am now unable to turn off the password lock feature. The selections in the security menu to turn off this feature are gray.
Thoughts?
