Export Calendar from Outlook 2003

I use Outlook 2003 at work, and need to export the Calendar to my HTC Hero (actually a T-Mobile G2 Touch).

Due to work computer security restrictions:
- I can't install the sync software on my PC
- I cant export my calendar to Google Calendar directly (or indirectly)

In terms of how I use my calendar, I will only use it on the phone to check my availability at meetings away from the office. I don't need to put appointments on the phone and then synch with Outlook. i.e. it's only export from Outlook, not import/synch with it.

I'm also happy to have seperate calendars (and I actually prefer it) i.e.:
- My Google Calendar for my social life.
- My Outlook/phone Calendar of appointments for work.

I can 'export' my Outlook Calendar as a file onto my phones micro-sd card via a USB cable, and am happy to do this each time I leave the office. But:

- How do I then get the Outlook calendar data into a calendar app on the phone?
- What format do I need to use to export from Outlook 2003?
- Any suggested calendar apps?

Any advice would be appreciated.
