Facebook + Bluetooth import = messy contacts

I tried linking my contacts to Facebook, but whether I set it up through Android settings or the app, turned it on, off, etc., even restarted my phone, I kept getting two or three identical Facebook "links" per person.

If someone finally found a fix, great. If not, I'll just keep it off.

What really drives me crazy, however, are contacts stored on the phone and not in Google. I just imported them via bluetooth from a Palm Centro, and now I have lots of duplicate numbers for the same person in, for example, Google Voice.

Is there a way to not just link these, but to import the phone-stored contacts into Google Contacts and get rid of the non-Google Account copies?

Thanks,
