Help Failed Update, Phone Won't turn on

Hi, I use Alcatel One Touch Hero.
Yesterday I tried to upgrade it and, I did follow all of its instuctions ...
Then somehow during the 3rd step ( idk what's the process is, but it is after downloading upgrade file),
my upgrading process suddenly freeze and stop...

The instructions told me to redo the upgrade again, but now the upgrade wizard cannot detect my device and the phone wont turn on...

i dont know if this information is enough for those kind people trying to help me but please tell me if you need more information

Nope, because the battery is unremoval..
I need its stock rom (Alcatel One Touch Hero 8020X) ...

i have acces to the booting menu (recovery mode) thats why i need the stock rom...
