Help FB Remove Post Option Question

ok i was just wondering about the FB remove post option because it keeps popping up randomly and im wondering if im doing it or not ?? , if im the one making it pop up then im wondering how im doing it , there has been a few post that i would've like to remove myself but never could , i haven't really tried to do it from the browser soooo yeah im just wondering about that any answers ??
