FCC Speed Test App - What are you getting?

So the FCC recently released an Android App called FCC Test. It's a mobile broadband testing application to judge the internet speeds people are receiving on their phones. It's going to help them determine what the country has for mobile internet access.

You can find the app through the marketplace, just search for "FCC" and it'll show up.

I was curious if my speeds were up to par to other users.

Please list the following:

Speed in kbps (changed under Settings)
What you're running on your Sprint Hero, ie, Stock, Rooted with what ROM, etc.

Only include your cell's internet connection, not WiFi.

For instance, mine is:

444kbps Download
282kbps Upload (225kbps on a past test)
268ms Latency

I'm in Portland Oregon and my server was in Seattle Washington (not sure how relevant that information is, but I'll include it) and I'm on 3G.

Running DamageControl 1.0 2.1 build.

I'm really curious to see if stock users are getting faster speeds, since this seems a little slow to me.
