I've got a friend who has a Droid that keeps getting FCs when texting.
I suggested that she give Handcent a try to see if the force closures continued. Lo and behold, they continued.
This phone isn't rooted, or anything like that. She's only had the phone about a month and has had this problem since the beginning.
I asked if she has any task killers installed, and she didn't know what I was talking about.
So, being a Sprint Hero user myself, I'm not sure if this is a known issue with the Droid or if this is a one off thing?
Any insight?
