Help Feeds and Updates Widget

anyone knows how to log out an account from this widget, it is driving me crazy

ok the only way I was able to do it is as follow: open feeds and updates widget , tap on screen , check mark the social feed you want, enter the information and done, then if you want to remove (in case that some people tend to change their password) it then go to contacts and press menu and go to accounts , tap on the account you want in my case facebook , when the next screen comes back at the bottom select remove account and done, you are back to square one, this is how it worked for me hope it helps others
