Finally a good "No Nonsense, Can do" attitude

    I've just had to make an Insurance claim and I'm happy to say, it went without a hitch.
    My Phone has died and won't boot up so it's of no use to me. After going through the frustrations of the Orange automated system, I finally get to speak to an adviser. An English speaking one :thumb:
    She took me through various checks and troubleshooting attempts and agreed that the phone was infact knackered :(
    A few minutes later she informs me that a replacement can be with me TONIGHT!!! :dancing: :beer:
    On a down side though, I had to pay

    Yeah, I found the Orange Care guys were pretty good when I needed to use them last year. That's a pretty good turnaround time with the replacement too. :)
