Flash is a Beta right now. Of course they're updating it. People that are running the pre-release Froyo can use Flash right now. You should be happy they're working to improve Flash before you get a hold of it.

I'm wondering if Froyo is being held back, waiting for the Flash update.

  8. Yes I saw it earlier and downloaded. Seems like the file size is a bit smaller

For me, a real test of Flash is to use Dolphin Browser HD and set my UA to Desktop and then hit Disney | Official Home Page for All Things Disney.

I used to work for them supporting the site and it's one of the more intensive flash sites out there. What I love is that after the update, it works smooth as silk. EVERY imbedded video plays flawlessly and smooth (over 3G) and can navigate the site without issue.

    Way to go! :D

Yeah it's some pretty impressive stuff. Takes a minute to finally get started but once it does it looks just fantastic.

Well, for some reason, Flash stopped working for me. I've uninstalled and re-installed Flash to no avail. Any ideas? I'm using xScope.
