    Why is this happening?

  2. Is it only on the BBC website, this seems to be the only time it is happening to others, change the setting to On Demand, should stop the crashes but then the videos aren't available on the BBC website...

I've found this on bbc website too. Is it just the stock browser?

I only have the standard Desire browser installed.

HTC Support told me that the phone's not at fault, it's a problem with the BBC website.

T-Mobile told me that it will provide more information about this next week.

    Try the Dolphin browser.

    Works perfectly for BBC website.

I've heard that mentioned a few times. I'll give it a go in a week or two if the standard one doesn't cope.

In that case, I won't bother trying Dolphin.
