Help Font of one mail sender is too small

Hi, I have a Samsung A3, Lollipop 5.0.2.
When I receive mails they are all good, except from one sender. In those mails the font is too small to read and sometimes so small it looks as if there is no text at all.

If I change the setting 'Auto fit content' in the mailsettings, I can read that mail fine???? But the other mails are horrible then.

What can this be and how can I solve this issue?

It's possibly the sender is using HTML formatted email and has set a very small font size in their email client. With HTML formatting the idea is you see the email as the sender intended it, font size, font used, etc. I supposed you could ask the sender to increase the font size in their email client.

But if I forward the mail to another person, the mail is shown perfect on the other's phone?

and if he sends it back to me, it is fnucked up again.
