I start up my LG Marquee and get the force close window for every app even the OS, do I have a virus or what?

So are you running stock or are you rooted with a custom ROM? What have you installed/changed recently? A ROM? A kernel? A theme? Any apps? What have you tried so far that hasn't worked? Give us some details and we will try to help you.

It is stock, had a different theme that was killing my battery so i deleted it weeks ago. haven't downloaded anything recently. It just started yesterday and i cant open anything or even get to a menu. As soon as the phone powers up it pops up with "uids on the system are inconsistent you need to wipe your data partition or your device will be unstable, instead of force close it says im feeling lucky on the button". Once i press it i get the force close window for the OS and every other app that starts up.

I agree with Kevindroid. That's what I would do.

Pull the battery, reinstall the battery, hold down the volume down button and the power button at the same time until your boot into recovery. You can do a factory reset from there. Good luck.
