Are you trying to forward all your gmail or just a single message?

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the message.

I can find no option for Forward in the latest update of the Gmail app. There are buttons for Star, Reply, and Next/Previous message, but no Forward. It's just gone. Nothing in the menus either.

In Gmail 2.3 (most recent version that was available in the market update) there is a small arrow in every email header to the right of the reply option...tap that and you get Reply, Reply All, and Forward options in a pop-up.

If you don't have Gmail 2.3, search in the market for Gmail and update.

Thank you!!! I would swear I'd tried that arrow already. But maybe it was when my touchscreen was freaking out. Been having a lot of trouble with that lately. Ugh.
