    So the other night my incredible completely crapped out on me and after having spent about 6-8 hours talking with verizon about it and standing at the store they determined that i just got a bunk phone. I explained to them that i ordered this phone had to wait 3 weeks just to get it only to have it break down on me a week later and now that that i have to wait another 3 weeks just to get a replacement just seemed really unfair to me and they felt really bad for not being able to help me. So they did everything they could to correct the situation.

    Normally they would have just done a 30 day worry free replacement on it but none of the warehouses have any phones and there are no certified like new in the warehouse either. So while at the store we called up phone support to see if they could help but all the guy on the other end kept saying was "oh yeah well we should be able to ship you one out in the next day or two" or "well yeah when you get a phone later this week in your store just give it to him" being completely unaware of the backorder low supply situation. So naturally both the agent and I were getting frustrated. Now, I dont know if the gal at the store was trying to win me over as a customer because she felt sorry for me or if she was getting her little revenge at verizon for laying her dept off at the end of july but either way she completely refunded my original purchase.

    Long story short: I GOT A FREE DROID INCREDIBLE out of all this!

    I still have to wait for a new one to arrive but im still excited saving myself $300 plus i still get the $100 rebate money back. Only crappy part about all of this though is getting to play with such an awesome phone and then being degraded back down to a simple flip phone that doesnt even have a camera on it is really really really just guh!

    So yeah sorry for my poor grammar and lack of structure here im still excited about all this and yeah just wanted to share my awesome but frustrating experience with all of you.

    why do people like you even bother replying to his post with crap like this ?

    pad your post count ? give people a hard time for absolutely no reason ?

    anyways.....good story man. congrats on getting a refund out of the whole ordeal AND getting a replacement phone. worked out well for ya.

    contagous: This forum is not about grammatical accuracy. Stay on topic. Calling someone out on their grammar can really hurt them. You never know someone's circumstance or their education level.

    You're free to stop reading the second you become repulsed... are you not? Please don't put people down. It hurts them as well as people's view of you. You don't know where or what he comes from.

    I have a serious question. Is there a way to un thank a member for their comment?

    My bad, was reading on my phone, and couldn't process cos was no breaks in text, wasn't being horrible, would just be easier to read if it was spaced correctly, my grammar sucks enough to know that lol

    So I remove my Wow grammar please... statement, and will re-read now i'm on my laptop.

    Before you go busting his nuts it is partially my fault too, i was just in the excitement of the moment and basically spewed my thoughts and story and everything out with no order or anything. I have since spaced and cleaned it to make it easier to read

    well the inc i have right now the problem was it wouldnt charge anything (loose faulty port) and for some reason it killed the battery. The people at the store ordered me an eris battery to use until the replacement gets in which is kinda useless since the only way i can charge the battery is in the phone so meh im stuck with an old dumbphone for the next couple weeks. Not so bad i guess, now i can actually get back to work instead of playing with my phone all day:p
