freeze screen app

Hi I'm looking for a app that either freezes my screen or somehow stops my screen from responding to touch. The reason why I need an app like this is because I'm trying to trace some pictures on my tablet, but every time the pencil touches the paper on the screen the tablet takes it as a touch. So if there is a app that can temporarily stop my screen from accepting touch then that would be great.

I don't know if it has the app like you said out there. I have only know there's the "lock screen" function, you will not be able to edit your screen/preview/app drawer when you activate it.
