fresh 3.3.0.1 and netarchy kernel 4.1.9.1-cfs for fresh. Is this setup overclockable? have setcpu and 998mhz is as high as it goes.

If it's tops at 998, no. You'll need to find an oc'able kernel, there's plenty

This setup is indeed capable of over/under clocking. I am running the same setup and have min 128 max 998, but can go as high as 1226. Mine is set to 128 min 998 max "On boot," profiles disabled. Battery life is better than I could have imagined.
