Root Fresh Backup For Metro PCS Device : SGH-T399N Only For Metro Version

Just Unzip The File And Put It On SD Card
Instructions For TWRP :
1. Go Into Recovery Mode (Power+VolUp+Home) Release Power When Samsung Galaxy Light Boots
2. Advanced Wipe Everything
3. Factory Reset
4. Go Into Restore Click The Backup
5. Wait Till Done
6. Please Let Boot For 10 To 15 Mins
7. Then Done Enjoy.

I'm Assuming You Have Twrp? If So Boot Into Twrp & Advance Wipe Then Wen That's Done Factory Wipe Then Go Click Restore To The Zip File You Unzipped Onto The Root Of Ya SD Card
Yes I do and at the moment I don't need this, but did download it just in case. I didn't make a back up when I first rooted it a couple of weeks ago, but did the other day, but will still keep yours in case I did something wrong.
Now I am looking for a little help on what apps can be frozen or removed, mainly system apps coz I never messed with those. Got all the metro stuff and some google apps I don't use, but not sure where to start on sys apps.
My post was really just a Thanks because for us newbies posts like this are good to find while I learn what I am doing

I've Been Doing Roms For Androids For Years I Just Lost My Password This Is Just A New One But This Thread Should Help

i followed all the instructions and when i click the backup nothing happens, any clue what im doing wrong
