On one of my homescreens i have the friends widget, which displays my contacts under the category of "friends." I have set some of these to automatically call a contact if i click on their picture. However, i now want to change this, how do i go about changing the default action?

I had this and the only way I could do it was to delete them from the favourites and re-add them. When you add them again it gives you the choice of what to make the default action.

Agreed. Remove from group and re-add. I think when I unlike from facebook contact, saved and re-linked it slso asked to set a default action

Thanks for the help, i wish Android had thought of a better way to change this. Editing my contacts and removing the widget blah blah blah is going to be very time consuming :(

You can go to that contact in the People app, then press the menu button, then more, then set widget action.

Although this is still a bit long winded :)
