Front Camera Doesnt Work , when I switch to the fron camera it just shows the back camera but the image is upside down, has anyone had this problem before, or could anyone help me? I already did a factory data reset

Have you flashed any roms? If so, make sure you are wiping everything before changing ( good advice for life in general)

Otherwise I would talk to HTC?? Or I guess vm if you're within your year
