I have read a few posts hear saying that it is recommended that after you have upgraded to froyo 2.2 that you should do a System Reset otherwise things might run slower than before?

I have a lot of applications (6 pages) installed on my SGS and also contacts etc setup. I also have some gameloft apps that I cannot redownload if I lost them without paying again.

I am guessing that a reset will wipe all this out? Is there another way without having to start again?

    Thanks

    Chris

You can redownload gameloft games again from the website. If the redownload link doesn't work, just email them. They respond pretty quickly.

Chris go to the market & download 30 day trial of "My Backup Pro"

Use it to back up all your apps & data to either your sd card or online & restore after the factory reset!

Just did mine this afternoon & it worked out flawlessly!

    Good Luck
