G2 Gallery - can't delete .gif images?

As per title - there are options to delete jpg, but not gif. In order to delete the latter the only way is to connect the phone to pc and delete them directly from SD card. But not from the gallery. Is it a bug?

Sorry not sure .. I dont think i have evr had a gif file on the phone ...??

You have to download a file manager like Linda File Manager,
Then you search for the file (normally found on SD card in Downloads),
Press and hold on file and delete.

I had the same problem then remembered the file manager could delete these things.
