I had a notification come up on my phone, so connected it to kies and updated. It all looked ok until it told me to unplug it and reconnect which i did.
after it had all finished i took it out and went to use it and it wanted to do something else so i clicked on proceed and it came up saying it hadnt updated and downloaded the software properly and to try connecting to kies and try again.
I have tried but it says its the latest version.
