    hey guys
i was using GalaxO but wasn't happy with it so i decided to go back do pure JC6...
the problem is that Odin stopped uploadig the files during "system" and now the phone won't boot up...
i can acess the recovery menu from galaxo and mount the /sdcard/ on windows but it says the partition is damaged....

can i format the sdcard partition using windows and then star all over again?

to return back from a root, you need to ADB fastboot the original recovery to the phone, then Odin the software

sdcard is not your problem here, that is a red herring.
do a wipe from recovery, boot back into download mode and attempt the flash again
once complete if the samsung logo keeps looping then go into the samsung recover, press home and wipe/recover and problem should be solved

Also it is not true that you have to flash original recovery first, the recovery partition gets flashed anyway when you odin a original firmware.

I second that. There's no need to adb the original recovery.
