Help Galaxy on5 screen problem

Hello. we recently got the on5 and already it has problems. every 5 minutes or so the screen becomes unresponsive. if I turn the screen off (right side button) and turn the screen back on, it will work for another few minutes. I've tried all the solutions I can find on how to fix it. I cleared the cache from the recovery menu, thoroughly cleaned the screen and bezel around the screen, did multiple factory resets, removed the SD card and even removed the battery and sim card for a few minutes and rebooted. nothing worked. does anyone have a solution for this?
